How to paint a berry drink in watercolor

How to paint a berry drink in watercolor

Simple lines show the coolness and freshness of ice cubes and sparkling.

Watercolor is the color of god. Because the watercolor on the paper is a thin layer of water, naturally blooming, the picture in the world is not the same as another one, this is the painter and watercolor and water the random combination.

Now let’s start using lines and watercolors to create cool, clear drinks.

Note: do not add too much water to the black marker pen, otherwise it will be easy to get blooming. In addition, you should never use the ordinary black marker pen, because it will immediately get blooming when encountering water, which will directly destroy all of the Painting.

1. Draw a rough draft with lines first.
2. Redraw clear lines with a black paintbrush. Because this work mainly USES lines to express the sense of freshness and transparency, lines are very important here.
Note: use a special black ink pen for fine arts. The ordinary ink pen will be blooming when it meets water, and the whole painting will be destroyed.
3. Use lemon yellow, olive green and water, and color according to the drawing.
Note: be careful with the coloring, because the color on here is the most concentrated part of the painting. Because watercolor is transparent, you can’t change the color once you get it wrong.
4. Use blue + water and color as shown in the drawing. Draw out the texture of water and ice in the cup.
Note: the color of the cup will refract when it comes into contact with the berry, so make use of the natural combination of watercolor and water, let the blue and berry red be in contact place, natural confluence.

5. Finishing at the last. Paint the bubble in the quilt with white gouache or white ink liquid, trace the bubbles in the cup. Make the bubbles appear more transparent and cool.

Well done. You’re great. Keep going painting!
