When thinking for too long, my brain is like a rusty machine part. Old, bulky, clogged. I feel very anxious because I am about to face an important meeting. If my mind becomes like this, it will make me fail? So, in the subway, I put on headphones and listened to light music for 10 minutes. Do meditation for 10 minutes. During this period, I put all my attention on my breathing. Amazingly, after 10 minutes, my mind got a new look. All the old burdens were swept away. It is as refreshing and peaceful as the mind is breathing the freshest air. It's also like the engine that just came out with very good lubricity.
This is my experience of meditation. It is also the reason why meditation repairs energy and recharges energy.
